CEO & Co-Founder, Joseph is the driving force behind Social Rewards - a social media based loyalty marketing program that awards brand consumers for engaging in social media activity such as brand mentions via Twitter, Foursquare check-ins and Facebook fan activity.

Joseph formerly served as Vice President of Search and Social Marketing for Fly.com (a Travelzoo (NASDAQ:TZOO) company) and also served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing for UsedCars.com where as a Principal, he was instrumental in the sale of the company to Cobalt Automotive Group in a multi-million dollar cash transaction. Previously he was Strategic Marketing Director for Autobytel, Inc., (NASDAQ: ABTL) the nation's largest online new car buying service for a two year period and pioneered their search marketing program.

As a consultant over the last decade he has worked with many companies on online marketing strategies including Austin Ventures, Autobytel, Inc., Azure Capital, Business.com, Clearstone Venture Capital, CreditCards.com, Dentist.net, Education.com, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Fly.com, Klout.com, Microsoft, MGM Resorts, MRM Worldwide (div. of Interpublic Group of Cos), Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Travelzoo, Tribune Interactive, UsedCars.com and World Publications. He currently sits on the Advisory Board of Klout.com.

Joseph is a featured speaker at Internet Marketing conferences around the world having spoken at conferences in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Seattle, Las Vegas, San Jose, Toronto, Stockholm, London, Tokyo and Sao Paulo and is an organizer and Evangelist for the PubCon series of Internet Marketing Conferences by WebmasterWorld.

CTO & Co-Founder, Mike Uesugi is the technology behind Social Rewards - a social media based loyalty marketing program that awards brand consumers for engaging in social media activity such as brand mentions via Twitter, Foursquare check-ins and Facebook likes and fan activity.

Previously, Mike Uesugi was CEO and Founder of Global Micro Solutions, Inc (GMS). GMS is an Internet System Integration and Consulting Firm established in 1993, which specializes in developing e-commerce solutions between Asia and United States companies such as Toyota Motor Corporation, Sony USA, Bandai America, ANA (All Nippon Airways), to name a few. In addition to servicing corporate accounts, GMS was one of the first Japanese internet access provider to service individuals and small businesses alike during the internet boom in 1996. GMS has offices in 4 countries (USA, Japan, Singapore, and Philippines) and has partnered with Sun Microsystems and Oracle for their e-commerce solutions.

Prior to establishing GMS, Mike managed the International Marketing Business Development Division for Newgen Technology Corp., a world-wide manufacturer of high resolution printers. He also managed the System Engineer Group for The Future Now, Inc., a nation-wide systems consulting firm, focused on Unix and mainframe environments. Prior to The Future Now, Mike managed the system engineering group for Apple Computer’s Japanese Operating System for four years. Later, this operating system became the de-facto standard for Apple’s Japanese Operating System known as "KanjiTalk OS", making it easier for companies doing business in Japan and the United States, to send computer messages and files over Macintosh computers.

Currently Mike serves on the Board of Directors for “eflora/Hibiya-Kadan”, a Torrance based on-line floral firm specializing in Japanese markets for the United States. Hibiya Kadan is the biggest and most prestigious floral retailer company in Japan. It is one of the largest privately owned floral companies in the world. “eflora/Hibiya-Kadan USA” handles all of the international orders for Hibiya-Kadan Japan. Mike also has an establishment relationship with Sanyo Electronics KK in Japan, All Nippon Airway Trading Company for their e-commerce businesses, for both Japan and the United States.
